Chief Financial Officer/Manager Finance The main responsibility will be: • To formulate/review financial and accounting policies and procedures with a view to achieve operational efficiency, transparency and accountability. • To prepare budgets for approval from the CEO/BOD and cost control management. • Cash flow. planning, management & recoveries. • To handle all tax matters. • To ensure preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with requirement of Companies Ordinance. 1984 and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Qualification & Experience • Qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Management Accountant / ACCA • At least 7-8 year experience in financial management in a sizable corporate organization. • Expertise in formulating financial strategies and systems / procedure development • Age Limit Maximum 45 Years.
