In-charge Training (Peshawar Based) 01 Male/Female Age preferably up to 45 years releasable in case of candidates having extraordinary track record. Divisional Head/Group Head HR. Master degree from a reputable HEC recognized institution preferably MBA (HR), IBP or any other Banking related qualification will be given an extra preference. Minimum 15 years relevant Banking experience, out of which 05 years at least as training organizer/ trainer in any Bank/ training institution. Strong Leadership and motivational Skills and Knowledge of Banking operations. Candidate should also possess in-depth knowledge of the Banking policies /prudential regulations, and HR Practices. Market Based-Negotiable depending on Experience.
