SENIOR FINANCIAL MANAGER

USAID Pakistan Reconstruction Program is looking for a suitable candidateto serve as a Senior Financial Manager, with following key attributes. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES  Oversight of all financial transactions, including monthly financial reporting, monthly client invoicing, review of costs for compliance and review of non-billable costs. • Banking interface and cash flow forecasting. • Preparation of annual financial statements. • Cost control, planning and cost projections. • Coordination of both internal and external audits. • Supervision of all finance and accounting staff. • Oversight of HR, IT & Procurement policies and procedures, and related staff SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: MA/MS in Accounting or Financial Management with 8 years of experience in financial management and/or program administration; BA/BS with 10 years of similar experience. At least 5 years of experience with contract administration and financial management of development programs in developing countries or transitional countries is required. Experienced working on engineering / construction projects. Knowledgeable of Accounting System Softwares - preferably OuickBooks and Oracle. • Familiarity with US— FAR regulations. Proficient in MS Excel with excellent English communications skills.
