DIRECTOR IMSD (Institute of Management & Skill Development)
Jib Position:01 The Director IMSD is a Saba Based Pay Ion and candidates willing robe based in Sabine should apply Criteria: Professional Qualification: MBA/ MPA or related degree Expenence Minimum 10 years post qualification in the field of organization development, human resource development, enterprise development, developing financial instruments for poor Age: 40 to 50 years (relax-able in special cases) Skills:Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken EnglIsh, proficiency in MS Office Suite Understanding of local language will bait added advantage Willing to worker different sites M rural Sindh, enthusiasm for working with rural poor and ability to link poor with markets both national and international Job Description: 01-Overall Management of the IMSD including its organizational strengthening, building systems, hiring technical and other staff and evolving it as a premier attached institute of SRSO 02-Management of the entire human resource development and market linkages portfolio including designing of trainings in accordance with industry and market demand OS-Au life to develop project proposals, implement and track progress 04-Ability to link the trained candidates with market and credit 05-Ability to develop mi cro enterprises for poor and oversee its result based 06-Worktogether with strategic team to develop goals and plans to execute on institutional strategy 07-Oversight and coordination of all operational quality systems and SOP documentation
