Fax: 042-99211442 www.ppcbl.com.pk, E-mail: hr@ppcbl.com.pk PRESIDENT/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER REQUIRED The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL), a leading Bank in the Cooperative Sector having wide network of branches, with Head Office at Lahore, requires services of a President/Chief Executive Officer who can lead the institution and bring about financial, structural and operational reforms to make PPCBL a premier financial institution in its line of business:- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA The incumbent applying for the captioned assignment must meet the following criteria: 1 Qualification: Should have minimum qualification of Master's Degree in the discipline of banking, finance, economics, business administration and related fields. 2 Experience: 20 years in banking out of which at least 5 years at policy and decision-making level in a financial institution. The incumbent must have in-depth understanding and experience of: a) Leading a financial institution. b) Should be well conversant with the concept of Co-operative Movement and can play an instrumental role in its promotion & revival. c) Developing policy framework for good governance and bringing about structural, financial and operational reforms as part of the ongoing restructuring of the Bank. d) Handling internal / external Corporate and Audit affairs, Risk Management, Deposit Mobilization, Credit, especially in the areas of Cooperative Societies, Agriculture, Livestock and/or SME and Micro-Credit. e) Managing affairs of the Board of Directors. 3. Age Limit: Minimum=45 years, Maximum=55 years. 4. Pay Package: Negotiable depending upon the qualification & experience of the person selected. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS i.
