ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA • Qualification: MBA, M.Com., Masters in Banking & Finance, Masters in Banking or Masters in Finance or Masters in Economics from HEC recognized Pakistani or foreign universities. • CGPA/Division: Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or at least 80% marks (where GPA system is not available). • Age: Maximum 27 years as on September 30,2014. Please note that only those postgraduates are eligible to apply who have fully completed any of the mentioned masters degree programs and have in hand, their final transcripts, in original.
Selection Process: The candidates shall go through a comprehensive selection process, which includes initial short listing strictly based on the eligibility criteria, written test and interviews.
Training: Successful candidates shall attend a formal and structured training process, which is a combination of class room and on the job practical training, before they are placed in their respective roles.
