Position: Manager Power House Location: Reliance Weaving Mills Limited, Mills Site - Multan Responsibility: 1. Manages and oversees the daily operations of power plant 2. Responsible for maintenance of power plant engines and generators 3. Should be aware of all the legal and statutory requirements to effectively run the Power Plant 4. Ensuring equipment life and safety and operational efficiencies 5. Maintaining efficient plant equipment operation and supervision by establishing operational procedures 6. Monitors operations for efficiency and safety ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are followed 7. Necessary action for Energy Conservation 8. Managing the daily operations, maintenance and repair of plant equipment 9. Conducting periodic inspections, analysis, reviews and maintaining related documents 10. Overall responsible for electrical issues Qualification: B.E. (Electrical or Mechanical), should have at least 15 years of experience with minimum 5 years experience of managing power house independently. Skills: Should have sound knowledge of generators and Engine, should have strong leadership and communication skills. Should have a strong understanding and knowledge of legal laws related to the power house. Strong negotiation skills are key, should be a team player.
