Recruitment of Director Law
Lahore Development Authority is looking for a duly-qualified, experienced and dynamic individual for appointment as its Director Law, on contract basis. Applications from suitable candidates are invited to fill the following post.
Sr. No. POST BS NO. OF POSTS MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AGE UMIT 1. Director Law 19 01 BA LLB with 15 years and above experience as practicing advocate of High Court OR 15 years experience as Sr. Law Officer in public sector organization OR Retd. Additional & Session Judge 40-65
INSTRUCTIONS: _ .1. : Preference shall be given to the candidates having higher qualification and ample experience in relevant field. 2. Upper age limit up to five (5) years will be relaxed according to Government Policy for all the candidates. No further age relaxation in upper limit will be admissible. 3. In service employees are also eligible to apply. They will be, however, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract appointment. 4.. Employees of the Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies should submit their applications through proper channel. 5. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview and no TAJOA shall be paid. G. Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab. 7. Submission of application will in no way confer any right upon the applicant to be called for interview. 8. Suitability of a candidate shall be determined on the basis of his academics, experience in the relevant field and interview. 9. The decision of the interview panel regarding selection of a candidate will be final and non-challengeable. 10. Candidates shall present original documents, along with the set of attested copies of all the relevant documents, at the time of interview. 11. Applications containing contact numbers, certified copies of testimonials, experience certificate etc., should reach in the office of Administrative Officer (General), Administration block, 4th Floor, LDA Offices, 467-D-11Johar Town, Lahore by 26.12.2013.
