A Public Sector Organization requires the services of suitable male and female candidates for the following vacant positions on contract basis initially for a period of one year likely to be continued on satisfactory performance.
Sr.# Name of Post Nos Requirements 1 . Chief Engineer Construction 1 The candidate for the post of Chief Engineer Construction should have minimum M. Sc in Civil Engineering (Preferably Project Management/ Construction Management) from a recognized University with at least 18 years experience. Of the 18 years at least 8 years shall be the management experience in implementation of rural infrastructure and development projects. Senior Engineer (Construction & Contract Management. one each) 2 The incumbent must possess a degree in Civil Engineering M.Sc./B.Sc. from a recognized university.ldeally, the candidates must possess Ten (10) years experience in the field of civil Engineering including at least three (5) year in contract Management, design implementation of civil infrastructure in multi sectoral development projects. Candidate with experience in implementation of donor funded project will be preferred. Computer literacy is essential. 3 . SUB ENGINEER 2 The candidate must have a BE or B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with 5 year experience or Diploma of Associate (DAE) in Civil Engineering from recognized Board of Technical Education with at least 5 year experience working on design and implementation of civil infrastructure projects and experience in managing development projects. Candidates with adequate experience in Multi sectoral projects will be given additional weight age. Should have knowledge of field survey of various engineering activities. Should have command over bill of quantities and cost estimates of various engineering schemes. Must be computer literate. 4 . M&E Specialist (Engineer) 1 The candidate for the post of M&E Specialist (Engineering) should have minimum B. Sc in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with at least 12 years experience OR M. Sc in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years experience. Of the total experience at least 3 years shall be the monitoring experience of infrastructure projects. The candidate should have excellent writing skills and knowledge of writing technical reports. The candidate must be computer literate and fluent in speaking English, Urdu and Pashto languages. In Gender Specialist (Only Female) 1 The candidate for the post of Gender Specialist should have Master in Social Sciences with at least 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience working on gender responsive programming in development and public sector organizations. Familiar working with government institutions and international organizations, proven experience combining formal expertise on gender main streaming and gender equality with experience of applying these concretely to sector operations. plans. policies and processes. CO Media Specialist 1 The candidate for the post of Media Specialist should have Master in Journalism with at least 8 years of progressively responsible professional experience in public relations & print & Electronic Media. Knowledge of Public service policies and procedures, Thorough knowledge of organizational Business and its importance, Knowledge of best practices in relevant functions of the department and the government. 7. Admin Officer 1 The candidate for the post of Admin Officer should have Master in Business & Public Administration with at least 8 years of progressively responsible professional experience in public & development sector, having vast experience in admin, finance, procurement & Human Resource with donors funded projects. cd M&E Officer Technical 1 The candidate for the post of M&E Officer Technical should have B.SC Engineering with at least 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in public & development sector with experience in monitoring of construction projects. The candidate must be computer literate and should have excellent reporting writing skills.
