SENIOR LEGAL AD-VISOR
The services of a part time Senior Legal Advisor in The Punjab Employee's Social Security Institution are required on monthly remuneration/retainership fee basis (negotiable) in accordance with the following: • Salary package o To be decided as per Government Policy • No of Posts o One (01) • Required Qualifications/Experience 0 Registered Lawyer of Suprerne Court. C) At least 20 years active practice at the Bar. • Disqualification O Any civil-criminal Court or contempt proceedings by any Court will render the applicant ineligible.
Note: • The residents of Lahore will be preferred. • Complete applications in all respects should reach the PESSI Head Office, Lahore on or before 17.02 2014. • Applications should be accompanied by attested photo copies of certificate/testimonials along with one recent photograph. • Incomplete applications and applications received after due date shall not be entertain.. • Experience of taxation matters and litigation relating to revenue collection Agencies will be preferred. • Only short listed candidates shall be called for interview. • No TA/DA will be paid for the interview. • All short listed candidates will be required to give a 30 minutes presentation on the topic "How to avoid litigation using tool of Litigation Audit". • PESSI is an equal opportunity employer. • Further details/information can be obtained from Dy.
