Orthopedic Unth Officers BPS-17 with id least 02 years service in the rural 5. Psychiatry Unit. 6. Skin Unit 2 ICT (Pathology) 09 Matric with Science + 18-30 Diploma / certificate from KPK Medical Faculty 3 OCT (Cardiology) 09 -do- -do- -do- 18-30 4 OCT (Radiology) 09 -do- -do- -do- 18-30 5 OCT (Ophthalmology) 09 -do- -do- -do- 18-30
I). Application shall be submitted on the prescribed form (obtainable from the office of the undersigned) along CV and Otte ltd copito of documents / certificates. (2). The application mu t reach this office torn before 20th February, 2014. (3). Appli.tion received after due date will not be entertained. (4). Original documents shall have lobs produced 01 160 time of interview. (5). Candidates serving in Govt./ Semi Govt. Autonomous institutes should apply through proper channel. (6).
