STRATEGIC POLICY UNIT (SPU)
LDA wishes to build a specialized and core team of highly skilled and motivated professionals for its Strategic Policy Unit (SPU) as centre of excellence, which can provide critical input to policy makers in planning, policy making and provide state of the art project management services through its own team of experts. It shall be capable of further engaging and outsourcing different pads and components of projects to the appropriate pre-qualified experts in an efficient and transparent manner. With growing need for functional specialization, LDA is focused on bringing a shift in project management approach by engaging services of highly qualified and skilled professionals in the fields of Planning, Designing, Procurement, Project Management, Contract Management and Research with best practices of monitoring, evaluation and TOM. A working knowledge of Project management and experience with the special knowledge domain related to such projects like Joint Ventures, Tum Key Projects, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Projects, Town Planning and mega infrastructure projects are indispensable.
