Qualification & Experience MBBS from HEC & PMDC recognized institution with 13 years experience as trained medical practitioner (having valid PMDC registration) Age Limit: 35-50 INSTRUCTIONS: • The application form can be downloaded from the link (http://www.fcutedu.pkJ). • A sum of Rs. 2500/- should be deposited online Account •No. 1297-4, Bank of the Punjab, Faisalabad Branch. Original receipt must be attached with the application form as proof of payment. • The duly filled in application forms must be supported with attested copies of educational testimonials/certificates, I.D. Card, two recent photographs and updated Curriculum Vitae. • The candidates from abroad may submit their applications on plain paper, accompanied by recent Curriculum Vitae along with attested copies of degrees/testimonials and experience certificates. • Incomplete or the applications received after due date will not be entertained. • The institution reserves the right: (a) Not to fill any vacancy without assigning any reason thereof or consider a person for appointment in a lower cadre against the posts advertised. (b) To increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per availability of funds. • The candidates already in service must apply through proper channel by the due date. • The prescribed application form in triplicate for the said post is required. • Complete applications must reach to the PO Box No. 27, GPO, Faisalabad by mail not later than 07-02-2014.
