Pakistan Cricket Board, engaged in promoting and developing the game of Cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control over it, is seeking a dynamic individual for the following position:
Director Domestic Cricket Operations (Lahore)
This is a mulch-dimensional leadership role, encompassing implementation of an integrated national strategy for Cricket, supervising domestic operations. The incumbent's key function is to organize and strengthen the regional associations, clubs and first class domestic tournaments. Good management skills, ability to multitask and quick decision making are essential for successful performance of this role. The incumbent is required to have the following experience in his field for the above positions: • Played cricket at National/International level for at least (07) years. • Working experience in a similar Cricketing role. • Strong planning and organizing skills. • Highly competent strategic and operational planner. • Ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds. • Excellent persuasion skills combined with integrity, prudence and professionalism. • Strong analytical capabilities with problem solving skills. • Should have basic computer skills.
