PARTIAL MODIFICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT NO.0712013
MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT In Partial Modification to the Consolidated Advertisement No. 07/2013 published in the dailies "Jang" & The Nation'. on 19-05-2013 vide Sr. No.47 (Case No.188-RCl2013) and partial modification dated 10-11-2013 for recruitment to 05 temporary but likely to become permanent posts of instructor (BS -17). The number of posts have been increased from 05 to 07 (including one post reserved for women quota). The candidates may submit online applications by 30-12.1013. The candidates who have already applied against the earlier advertised 05 posts, need notto apply again. 2. Shortlisting before written test will be carried out on the basis of academic data provided by the candidates through on-line applications without scrutiny of the original documents which would be checked at the time of interview. All the candidates are directed to recheck and correct (if required) their academic details available at the PPSC's website www.ppsc.gop.pk up_to 30-12-2013. 3. One paper Mulfiple Choice Questions (MCOs) type written test will be conducted after carrying out a qualification based short-listing due to large number of applications without scrutiny of documents. The top candidates as per post-to-candidate ratio of 01:30 candidates will be called for written test. SYLLABUS OF WRITTEN TEST FOR INSTRUCTOR (80.17) 1. Training: Basic Concepts of Training and its implementation by training institute. 2. Management: Basic Concepts of Management 3. Economics 4. General Knowledge 5. Analytical Skills with basic Mathematics and Statistics parts. U. English: Synonyms, Pairs of Words, Comprehension & Sentence Correction. NOTE: Other conditions of eligibility will remain unchanged.
