Crane Operator Middle 15 LC) rt• • Must be experienced with and capable to operate Mechanical and Hydraulic Cranes to capacity of 120 Tons or above at Petrochemical/ Fertilizer Industry/ reputed mechanical construction companies. • Must understand load charts/Crane capacities • Must understand crane manuals and its application • Knowledge of rigging plans, site conditions, sate practices and rigging signals • Able to mobilize/de-mobilize crane & their load testing • Must have valid HDD license. 2. Shop Machinist DAE Mechanical / TTC (2 years)Matric 10 35 • Must have hands on experience of operating and producing jobs at Lathe. Milling. boring, Drilling. Balancing, lapping and Shaper Machines at Petrochemical and Fertilizer Industry. • Understand Machine capabilities. care and limitations • Capable of Machining the critical & intricate parts of petrochemical plant. • Proficient to develop & understand the machining drawings • Capable to use all measuring tools 3. Auto Technician DAE Mechanical 1 0 35 • Must have hands on experience of maintenance and overhauling of heavy industrial vehicles like cranes, Forklifts, Mobile compressors. Trucks & Wheel Loaders and Diesel engines at Petrochemical/Fertilizer Industry and reputed mechanical construction companies. • Must have trouble-shooting experience of engines, hydraulic circuits & transmission system of industrial fleet. • Capable to use measuring tools. • Ability to consult technical drawings & manuals. 4. Millwright Middle/Matric DAE Mechanical 15 Lc) ‘-t • Must have hands on overhauling/maintenance experience of rotating machines like centrifugal & reciprocating compressors, all kinds of pumps & steam turbines. gear boxes. fans at petrochemical and fertilizer industry. • Capability to troubleshoot the machine problems • Ability to understand/consult the technical drawings & manuals of machine • Capability to use all measuring tools required during machines maintenance/assembly Lb Welder Matric 10 35 • Multi process welder specialized in TIG/SMAW welding/repairs of pipes, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tube-tube sheet welding at Petrochemical and Fertilizer Industry. • Capability to handle full range of materials, ranging from carbon steels. low alloy steels to stainless steels and hard-facing alloys. 6. Pipe Fitter Matric 15 45 • Capable to plan, layout. fit and assemble pipes. fittings, pressure vessels. heat exchangers and structures according to specifications and drawings. • Must have good understanding of equipment and tools used for pipe fittings and equipment maintenance repair work. • Should posses good knowledge of measuring and fabrication tools used for piping and exchanger fabrication/maintenance. • Must have relevant experience in a reputable Petrochemical and Fertilizer industry.
