The National Maternal Newborn & Child Health Program Balochistan is a Federal Funded Program, being executed by Health Department, Government of Balochistan. The Program is inspired by the desire of the Government to reduce Maternal, Newborn and Child Morbidity and Mortality. Under MNCH Program, the services of following staff are required on contract basis on lump sum salary package per month / for in-service candidates per month incentive will be paid, in selected Health Facilities of Balochistan.
S.# Post Required by N1NCH Name of Districts Qualification & Experience Required MNCH Incentive Package • Minimum of 5 years of post qualification experience in 40,000 + BPS Salary 1 Gynecologist (In-Service) Need Based Kalat, Khuzdar, Zhob, Jafferabad, Kharan, Kohlu, Bolan. Harnai, Awaran, Dalbandin delivering high quality MNCH services • Knowledge of primary health care principles and practices. Lady Medical Officer with C. EmONC Skills in relevant specialty can also apply. (Subject to verification of performance by the committee) 2. Anesthetist (In-Service) Need Based Kalat, Khuzdar, Loralai, Zhob, Jafferabad, Kharan, Kohlu, Bolan, Hamai, Panjgoor, Dalbandin, AWaran • PMDC approved post-graduation qualification in Anesthesiology • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification progressive experience in Anesthesiology department of a public hospital. 40,000 + BPS Salary (Subject to verification of performance by the committee) Medical officer with skills in relevant specialty can also apply. 3. Pediatrician / Neonatologist (In-Service) Need Based Kalat, Khuzdar, Loralai, Nushki, Jafferabad, Kharan, Bolan, Panjgoor, Dalbandin, Kohlu, Awaran, Harnai • Post residency 5 years of post- qualification progressive experience in Pediatrics department of a public hospital. • Knowledge of primary health care principles and practices. 40,000 + BPS Salary (Subject to verification of performance by the committee) Medical Officer with Skills in relevant specialty can also apply. 4. Lady Medical Officer Need Based Kalat, Khuzdar, Loralai, Dalbandin, Naseerabad, Zhob, Qilla Abdullah, Sibbi, Nushki, Kharan, Panjgoor, Qilla Saifullah, Kohlu, Bolan Harnai, Awaran. • Current registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Association (PM DC). • Post residency 2 years of progressive experience as a general practitioner • Knowledge of primary health care principles and practices. 20.000 + BPS Salary (Subject to verification of performance by the committee) • In-service candidates will be preferred. Nurses Need Based Kalat, Khuzdar, Dalbandin, Turbat. Zhob, Qilla Abdullah, Nushki, Jafferabad, Panjgoor, Qilla Saifullah, Bolan, Harnai, Awaran and other RHC for Basic EmONC Services • Current registration as Nurse from the Pakistan Nursing Council • Preferably two years nursing experience in a private or public hospital • Knowledge of primary healthcare principles and practices. 10,000 + BPS Salary (Subject to verification of performance by the committee) • Proficiency in local languages 6. LHVs Need Based Khzdar, Loralai, Nushki, Kohlu, Awaran and other RHO for Basic EmONC Services • Current registration as LHV from the Pakistan Nursing Council. • Two years Community Health and Midwifery Nursing experience. 10,000 + BPS Salary (Subject to verification of performance by the committee) • Knowledge of primary healthcare principles and practices.
• Proficiency in local languages.
