Applications are invited front eligible candidates on prescribed Form for the following posts in Ayub Medical Institution Abbottabad. Secondary School Certificate from BPS-If recognized Board. Age 1840 b. 03 year General Nursing Domicile Khyber Diploma with one year Pakhtunkhwa Midwifery Certificate Open Merit 02 from recognized 2one.1 02 institute. Zone-2 01 (in case of Male Nurse Zone4 01 01 year specialized Zone-4 01 course in any specialty). Zone-5 01 C. Registered with Pakistan Nursing Council.
The number of posts may be Increased/decreased in due of time. Apply through prescribed Performa, incorporating qualifications certificates/degree, DMC's, Domicile, NIC, 1- recent photograph and all other relevant documents supporting you should be submitted along-with application on proper form which can be collected from the Accounts Branch of Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad on payment of Rs.300/.. The last date of receipt of application is 30-12-2013. NOTE: • Incomplete applications will not be considered and straight away rejected. • Govt. Servants/ Autonomous Bodies are to apply through proper channel. • Age limits will be strictly observed. (Relaxation as per Government policy is already granted). • The appointments are purely on contract basis as per Govt. policy/ Notification. • The Competent Authority can reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason. • 05% quota for minority is reserved which will be strictly observed. • 2% quota for disable will be strictly observed. • Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. • No TA/DA shall be allowed for attending the test/interview. • Female are encouraged to apply.
