Job Description:  Responsible for providing Customer Support Services through calls & emails on the basis of provided procedures. • Take Inbound /outbound calls and satisfy customer queries. • Spontaneous in his/bet responses. Proficient in English language. • Confident, Dependable, Consistent and Polite. • Should have energy, motivation and positive attitude to play an effective and important role in a dynamic, growing technology based company. • Ensure compliance with all company / client policies, procedures and practices.
Skills Required:  • Listening, Phone Skills. • Multi-tasking, Energetic. • Fluent or moderate in English. • Negotiation & Communication Skills. Qualification:  Job Type: Full Time Minimum Education: Graduate Degree Career Level: Experienced (Assistant Level) Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 Years
