SITUATION VACANT
Applications are invited for the appointment of full time Legal Ad-visor in District Govt Chiniot. These applications be addressed to District Coordination Officer and copy along with relevant documents to the Secretary Govt of Punjab Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department Lahore. After due scrutiny the applications of all eligible persons will be sent to Secretary Govt of Punjab Law 84 Parliamentary Affairs Department Lahore., TERMS AND CONDITIONS:- (i) A Legal Ad-visor must be an Advocate with 5 years experience on the closing date of the applications. (ii) It shall be the duty of Legal Ad-visor/Advocate to tender legal advice and to appear in legal proceedings on behalf of the District Govt Chiniot, where the Government permits him for the purpose. (iii) The Legal Ad-visor should also offer the remuneration, however final authority for fixing the remuneration vests upon the Selection Committee and Government. (iv) The Legal Ad-visor shall be appointed initially for 2 years. (0) The office of a Legal Adviser shall stand vacated on the expiry of the term for which he had been appointed. (vi) The services of a Legal Adviser may, at any time be dispensed with by the Government under intimation to the Local Government concerned on serving one 5 month's notice upon him or payment of remuneration for the said period and a Legal Adviser may give up his appointment likewise. (vii) However remuneration shall be fixed on monthly partnership fee or salary and shall not be on case to case basis. (viii) The applications must reach on 18-11-2013 before the closing hours. (DR.
