personnel for the following positions:
1. FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANS (EOT CRANES & INDUSTRIAL LIFTS)
• Education & Certification: Diploma / Trade Certificate in Engineering.
• Skills: Conversant with troubleshooting and repairs of all type of EX & Std Electric cranes, hoists and lifts.
• Experience: 4-6 years of maintenance on EOT cranes, industrial elevators.
• Desired Product Experience: MHE-DEMAG, KONE, STAHL-CRANES, ALIMAKHEK, ITALKRANES, NKM NOELL, and Specialized Cranes etc.
2. FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANS (ROTORK ACTUATORS & FIELD INSTRUMENTATION)
• Education & Certification: Diploma / Trade Certificate in Engineering / Instrumentation Technology.
• Skills: Possess sound knowledge of Foundation Field bus & Hart
protocols as well as interfacing protocols & devices to DCS. Hands
on field instruments, installation/ Commissioning/ troubleshooting/
repair/ calibration experience.
• Experience: 4-6 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Desired Product Experience: Rotork Actuators & Foundation field Bus.
3. PRV TECHNICIAN / MECHANICAL VALVE TECHNICIANS
• Education & Certification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or) ITI certified in general fitter.
• Skills: Hands on experience in overhauling safety relief valve /
pressure relief valve, pilot operated valves, vacuum valve & all
types of manual valves. Experienced to perform hot setting of boiler
valve. Skilled to perform in-situ overhauling of welded valve. Factory
certified technicians will be given preference. Experienced in shutdown
work.
4. INSTRUMENT / CONTROL VALVE TECHNICIANS
• Education & Certification: Diploma in Instrumentation (or) ITI certified Instrument Technician.
• Skills: Hands on experience in overhauling all types of control
valves regulators & ESDV’s. Experienced to perform field calibration
of smart positioners and field instruments. Factory certified
technicians will be given preference. Experienced in shutdown work.
