We are seeking the services of a dynamic CEO with outstanding vision, strong management skills and ability to provide leadership for Pakistan Sugar Mills Association (Punjab Zone). The ideal candidate must have excellent people management and communication skills to work with both the Executive Committee and top industry leaders. The role requires interacting effectively with senior government officials and other stakeholders as and when required. The person we are looking for should have minimum 20 years of professional experience with ten years at a relevant senior management/decision making position. Relevant public sector work experience is highly desired. Also experience of Sugar Industry, research & innovation and multi-stakeholder collaboration/ commercialization would be a distinct advantage.
