REGIONAL COORDINATOR TB PROJECT
Locations: Karachi and Peshawar Key Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise TB team at the regional / zonal level • Ensure achievement of assigned targets for case detection / trainings / chest camps etc. • Implement organizational policies, procedures and systems • Stock and financial management as per SOPs • Responsible for looking after all the administrative tasks of TB operations • Capacity building of field staff Eligibility Criteria • Preferably MBBS with minimum 3 years of experience of managing community related projects. Previous experience of working with TB Project will be preferred • Excellent communication, interpersonal and people skills • Must have good command on MS-Office especially PowerPoint • Individuals having own conveyance will be preferred • Extensive traveling will be required
MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER
Location: Islamabad Key Responsibilities: • Carry out regular field monitoring visits of Sub-Recipients (SRs) • Conduct On-Site Data Verification (OSDV) and Routine Data Quality Assessment of the SRs • Assist the M&E Manager in coordinating with the SR regarding monitoling and evaluation • Review the finalized monthly monitoring of SRs in consultation with the M&E Manager • Assist the M&E Manager in compiling and preparing, record keeping of supporting documents of meetings, trainings, workshops and field visits Eligibility Criteria • Masters Degree in Social Sciences with 2 years of relevant experience • Previous experience with TB Programs and GFATM will be preferred • Good command on MS-Office package

 HEALTH OFFICER (CHO)
Locations: Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Quetta, Peshawar, Bhakhar, Mianwali, Dera Ghazi Khan, Bahawalnagar. Benazirabad, Sukkur and Larkana Key Responsibilities: • Achieve the assigned targets for identification and detection of TB patients • Arrange community awareness meetings and refer the TB suspects to the clinics • Induct new providers and follow up of existing providers as per national guidelines • Visit patients, labs and doctors for effective implementation of the program • Counsel patient and family regarding the treatment and disease prevention • Implement DOTS activities as per company guidelines Eligibility Criteria • (Minimum) Graduate with good knowledge of regional languages and local territories • Prior experience of community related work will be preferred • Preferably saving own conveyance/ motorbike PROJECT ASSISTANT Location: Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update tiles, records and documentations • Compile reports, highlighting the deviations for corrective measures • Prepare presentations • Monitor and report the activities conducted in order to achieve targets according to donor requirements • Handle routine administrative and financial matters including event management Eligibility Criteria • (Minimum) Graduate with 2 years of experience in handling routine administrative and finance jobs • Fluency in written / spoken English language with strong administrative and presentation skills • Good command on MS-Office package • Experience of the project management will be preferred
