Eligibility Conditions
Qualification: • Law Graduate.Applicants having relevant additional qualification will be given preference. • Diploma in Labor Laws will be considered as an additional qualification. • Experience in service matters, labor, land acquisition & Resettlement contract matters, International arbitration etc. will be given preference. • Professional legal expertise in areas of Service, Labor, Contracts, Contractual Arbitration, Land Acquisition & Resettlement etc. is desired. Experience: Minimum 15 years experience as practitioner lawyer. Age: Upper Age limit 45 years relax able in case of higher qualification as well as extra-ordinary experience. Pay Package: National BPS-19 permissible pay & perks.
OTHER CONDITIONS:- • Initial Contract period will be one year. Extension in contract will be subject to the satisfactory performance. • Only short listed candidates will be called for Test/ Interview. No TA/DAwill be admissible to candidates called for test/interview. If you meet the above criteria and have confidence to explore your true potential, you are the one we are looking for.
